Emma and I worked together for over 6 years in a variety of different roles, mostly whilst I was Director of Human Resources, UK. It was a challenging time period, involving extensive change, as we grew our UK footprint and transformed organisational structures and employee experience. Notable within this period was restructuring, site openings/closures and multiple TUPE transfers, alongside two major HR systems implementations.
